Disneyland 2010

Chase feeding grandpa's fish

We stayed one night at the Howard Johnson hotel across the street from Disneyland. The rooms were very nice, but it was a bit of a walk to the parks. Definitely somwhere we would stay again if the price is right and we want to save the money.

Nice, big rooms, nice cold AC...
Fridge and microwave in every room.

Chase loved playing in their new Castaway Cove play area. He was there for over 3 hours!

We went to Rainforest Cafe our first night. We were right by the aquarium which kept Chase occupied. He did not like this restaurant and called it "the most annoying restaurant ever!". They have thunder and lightnight storms every 25 minutes, and he HATES that.

Waiting at security at Disneyland
We were chosen as family of the day again and opened up the park.

Alli being a ham. :)

Below: One of my favorite places unfortunately, but mostly its fun to just look: Marceline's Confectionary in Downtown Disney. Love all their treats!

Candy, candy candy!

After one night at the Howard Johnson's. we moved over to the Grand Californian in Disneyland. We were able to get our block of 4 rooms to be near each other, with 2 connecting and with the bigger rooms with the daybeds that could sleep 5. We even got into them early at 12 instead of after 3. It was perfect, the rooms were very nice and alot larger than the standard rooms that had just the 2 queens...

Above: Our view. You can see the Disneyland and Paradise Pier hotels across the way.
