Surprise Mexico cruise :)

Chase was invited into the cockpit with the captain and co-captain to look at the control panel and take a picture. He enjoyed that, and they were so nice.
Our hotel before the cruise was at a value resort called All Star Music. We loved the values and are a great way to go to WDW without paying much for the rooms. I was pleasantly surprised.

We did not mean to wait in any character lines, but as Fantasyland was opening, Snow White came and chose Chase to walk with them to their spot. So we were able to get this great picture with them!

I love seeing the Christmas decorations at the Grand Floridian. The tree was so huge, and they had a life sized gingerbread house that they even operate a little store out of.

There was a momma duck and her babies around the tables outside. They were very brave, and everyone loved feeding them. They were so cute!!

Swimming at the Mickey pool. Chase still would not go down the slide. He kept walking up the stairs, mostly following another kid, and then would chicken out and come back down. We think he might give it a go someday.

Chase on the boat in Grand Cayman. He wanted nothing to do with getting in the water, so this excursion was hard to do with one of us having to be in the boat with him. We thought he would love it, but he hated the salt water.

Our crab won the hermit crab race...AGAIN! We won on the Mediterranean cruise in May, and did again on this cruise with a different crab. It was alot of fun!
On Castaway Cay, it was raining, so no one disembarked for awhile. We just covered our heads with a towel, and enjoyed a nice empty beach for about an hour.

The castle was decorated differently for the first time this year. They decorated with twinkle icicle lights for the holidays, and it was the most beautiful I have ever seen it!

We were lucky enough to be in the Buzz Lightyear building in the Toy Story section. It was the closest to the main building, busses, parking lot, etc. For the money, it was a great place to stay! In December, we were lucky enough to take advantage of a special rate Western Caribbean cruise to Key West, Grand Cayman, and Cozumel. We had alot of fun, but Chase is tired of going without the kids and is ready for a break. Since he is the only one not in school, it has been easy and cheap to take him along.
